Our SUPRA RUB brand AURORA watch is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of receipt of your watch against all operating problems and manufacturing defects as well as loss of water resistance.
With mandatory return of your correctly dated and signed warranty card.
Only the after-sales service provided by the Jacques BIANCHI workshop designated by our brand will be authorized to provide this service.
Any services, repairs or interventions not carried out by our after-sales service designated by SUPRA RUB will render the warranty void.
Not guaranteed:
Defects or malfunctions and loss of watertightness resulting from shocks, accidental crushing, glass breakage, rough use of the crown, bezel.
- Steel and rubber bracelet, buckle, clasps and pins for fixing the bracelet to the box.
- Malicious behavior due to poor or incorrect use causing a loss of watertightness such as forgetting or incomplete screwing of the crown. Thermal shock : (very hot bath/shower, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi. Use in an environment close to solvents, chemicals or any alcoholic substances such as perfume which may alter the seals and other components guaranteeing sealing.
- Problems related to the movement, its precision, regularity and power reserve due to exposure to a strong magnetic field and/or to temperatures between – 5° and + 50° degrees Celsius.
- Alterations and/or appearance of colors linked to the consequences of normal wear and aging of the watch, scratches on the glass, the bezel as well as all other metal parts of the watch and the bracelet as well as the bracelet in rubber.
- Loss, theft or damage due to bracelet breakage or natural disaster.
Terms and operation of the guarantee :
- The duration of the warranty coverage must not have expired, i.e. 24 months after receipt of the watch.
- Contact our customer service before shipping the watch.
- After discussion with our customer service, an assessment will be made to validate warranty coverage.
- The watch must be sent with the warranty card duly signed and dated, which will include the identification number of the watch.
A fee of 15 euros will be charged for all warranty services.
- Any shipment of a watch without prior written consent from customer service and/or without a warranty card will be considered an invalid request and will be returned to the sender without notice. In this case all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
After expiration of the warranty or a problem not covered or no longer covered by the warranty, our after-sales service department will be able to carry out repairs for a price depending on the repairs or maintenance to be carried out.
Responsibilities :
SASU SUPRA RUB, represented by its director, its management members, employees, affiliates, sellers and suppliers, after-sales service will not be held responsible for any direct and indirect damage and/or losses without limitation due to the purchase, use of SUPRA RUB products or services.

For the use of the watch in nautical and underwater environments, we remind you of the basic safety rules arising from leisure use or professional activities, to always be accompanied by at least one third person and to have a second instrument for controlling and measuring time in order to guarantee the safety of people and property.
