EXCHANGE OR REFUND
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you wish to exchange your model or request a refund, it is possible.
You have 15 days from the date you receive your package to do so.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND CONDITIONS:
The watch must not have been worn, except for fitting, and must be in the same condition as when received. Any scratches, impacts, or other damage to any part of the watch, strap, or case will void the possibility of an exchange or refund.
Two options are available to you:
1/ Exchange:
- In the case of a model exchange, return shipping and reshipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
2/ Refund:
- In the case of a refund, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
